Nowadays gamblers have almost countless opportunities to play casino games. They can choose an online casino/nettikasino or in-site one or even slot games on their mobile during coffee break at work. But if you are interested in gambling, there are few places you should visit during your lifetime. Let us see the best casinos in the world and what makes them so magnificent

The Venetian, Las Vegas, USA

The Venetian in Las Vegas is considered as one of the best casinos in the world. It was opened in 1999 and ever since has remained a prestigious place. The casino’s interior is inspired by romantic Venice, Italy with its canals that were designed so skillfully that it takes five minutes to cross them if you are walking fast enough. Casino owns 1,000 table games and 3,400 slot machines, all of which are placed in two towers that have different themes. The Tower Suites consist of Penthouse Suites and Royal Suite with its royal-sized bedroom and outdoor terrace overlooking the Strip. Also there is a spa, one of the largest pools in Las Vegas for adults only.

The Venetian, Macau

This is an exact copy of the casino above but bigger. If you are looking for a luxury casino, this is the place to go. Owns Asia’s first and only Forbes Five-Star hotel as well as luxury shops on Champs Elysees Street. This is by far the biggest casino in the world  in a building that resembles Venice. It boasts the world’s largest aquarium and reproductions of famous paintings from Italy such as the canals of Venice, The Last Supper ,and Mona Lisa . There are also three towers which each represent different themes

Ironically it is owned by a American company, Las Vegas Sands. It is the most spectacular casino in the world mainly because of its architecture and luxury shops inside , its gondola ride, as well as having a zip line across one of the buildings.

Casino Lisboa, Macau

This one is the symbol of the modern capital of gambling, Macau. Casino Lisboa is owned by Sociedade de Turismo e Diversões de Macau (STDM). It has over 1500 slot machines, 400 gaming tables and no less than 4 restaurants and bars. The casino is  very big and it’s a place that you wouldn’t want to miss out on when you’re in Macau, since it is visible from every part of the city. Moreover, one of its restaurants has 3 Michelin stars so it is also worthy to try food out there.

Foxwoods Resort Casino, Connecticut, USA

If you are traveling up North or Canada then Foxwoods resort is the place that you need to visit. It is located in Connecticut and has more than 3000 slot machines, 380 gaming tables, 11 restaurants, 11 bars and a world class shopping mall with over 300 stores. Although it has such a big place, it’s pretty easy to miss since the casino is part of an even bigger building that includes everything from luxury stores to one of the greatest hotels worldwide. Foxwoods Resort is located in Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation so it is a very good place to visit if you want to try Native American gambling atmosphere.

Also, Foxwoods Resort gives away big money prizes like in 2013 when Kevin Keogh won 12 million dollars and also in 2012 when a married couple Mark and Donna Kennedy won an amazing 18 million dollars.

MGM Grand Las Vegas, USA

A symbol of Las Vegas- MGM Grand Casino is the biggest in the world. If you’re into the big and fancy things, MGM Grand Las Vegas will be one of your favorite places to visit when on a gambling trip to the US. It’s like every casino is turned up ten notches on this place: from lighting to flooring, everything seems so much better than in other casinos. Also, there are more restaurants and entertainment options than other places, which adds up to the pleasure of being there.

Pro: everything is just awesome there

Con: the casino can be really crowded, especially in the weekends;

Casino-de-Charlevoix, Pointe-au-Pic, Canada

This casino is what you call the perfect place for both gambling fanatics and those who want to relax in a luxurious setting. Its location is just as perfect: it’s use of natural scenery and its wood interiors are what make this one of the most popular casinos in North America, which says quite a lot given how many casinos there are in the region. It is located in Quebec, Canada and it has been around since the years of 1788.

Guests won’t be bored there – the casino offers a wide range of entertainment options and is always hosting events for its visitors; you will never get bored with what’s going on in this casino. Another great thing about this casino is that they offer flawless service – all restaurants and bars have great opinions online and are well-recommended.
