8 Hours in Brussels: How to Spend 1 day in Brussels

Hey there, fellow adventurers! Johnny Ward here, ready to guide you through an epic 8-hour adventure in Brussels. No museums on this itinerary – we’re diving straight into the heart of the city, exploring its vibrant culture, incredible food, and stunning sights. Let’s get started!

9:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Start Your Day with a Belgian Breakfast and Grand Place

9:00 AM – Breakfast at Maison Dandoy

Kick off your day with a delicious Belgian breakfast at Maison Dandoy. Try their famous waffles topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream. Don’t forget a cup of rich Belgian coffee to get you energized for the day.

10:00 AM – Explore Grand Place

Just a short walk, or a 2 minute Taxi Bruxelles ride, from Maison Dandoy, you’ll find yourself at the magnificent Grand Place, Brussels’ central square. Take your time to marvel at the stunning architecture of the Town Hall and the opulent guildhalls. Snap some photos, people-watch, and soak in the vibrant atmosphere.

11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Sablon Neighborhood and Chocolate Tasting
