Least Visited Country in the World Tour! Group Trip to Nauru and Tuvalu (and Fiji)
Want to come and visited the 2 least visited countries in the world? Good! Because I’m organising a small group trip there in May. The 2 least visited countries on earth are Nauru (number 1) and Tuvalu (number 2). The logistics are akward, the flights are expensive, the countries are in the middle of nowhere, and less than 5000 foreigners people have ever visited both. Perfect right?! Yalla.

Why Am I Organising a Trip to the least visited country in the world?
I know these weird and wonderful trips are not for everyone. But I’m obsessed with going to places that most people don’t go. And the bragging rights of being in the LEAST visited country on earth? That’s pretty cool. At least I think it is. And I hope some of you do too.
Also, I’m in the region already. Im running a group tour to Papua New Guinea in May (2 spots left, 14 spots gone!), and I’m climbing Papua New Guinea’s highest mountain before that (you can join me there too!). And I’m kinda, secretly trying to visit every country in the world TWICE. So I figured why not go again. I spent days and days fighting with flights and hotels and logistics. So we’re all set.

Where are Nauru and Tuvalu!?
In the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Half way between Australia and Hawaii. And Tuvalu another couple of hundred miles east. But you can’t fly between them. Obviously. That would be far too easy and reasonably priced. Instead we have to bump around between those 2, and Australia, and Fiji. First world problems indeed!

Nauru and Tuvalu Group Tour Itinerary
My Papua New Guinea group tour ends in Port Moresby, PNG’s capital, on May 7th. Anyone doing this tour will all fly from there to Brisbane on the 7th. And the tour will start in Brisbane airport on the evening of the 7th. Then the itinerary looks like this (massively subject to change due to flight schedules. The pacifics are tricky like that!):
Day 1: Meet in Brisbane airport. Have our welcome meeting in an airport bar (!) and take a red eye flight to the least visited country on earth. Nauru!

Day 2: Arrive super early in Nauru. Fight with the hotel to let us check-in early. Probably fail. Then go and explore the world’s least visited country. We’ll do an island loop, which is about 20km. With some stops for swimming. And get a feel for the island. Lunch at a local spot. Then we’ll see the interior of the island in the afternoon. Including a nosey at the infamous processing centres. Dinner and drinks. And bed.

Day 3: This morning is up to you. Either a lazy morning. Or, an optional half-marathon this morning for the keenos. Either a walk or a run around the ring road. Where else can you hike around a whole country before lunch!?
In the afternoon, we’ll check out some of the WWII remnants and Parliament from the outside. Sunset swim. Dinner, drinks and off to the airport. Late night flight and we land and sleep in Nadi, Fiji.

Day 4: Wake up in paradise. FIJI BABY! Today we have a half day tour, but it doesn’t start until after your late brekkie. Then we’ll explore the island, Nadi market, Sri Siva Subramaniya Swami Temple, the Garden of the Sleeping GIant. Back in time for sunset drinks. Bliss. Overnight in Fiji.

Day 5: We fly to Tuvalu late afternoon. So that gives us time for the beach and pool. This almost feels like an actual holiday?! Optional day pass at the hilton pool and spa ($50). Then it’s time for the 2nd least visited country on earth, as we fly to Funafuti, Tuvalu. We land, and overnight 50m from the airport.

Day 6: GOOD MORNING TUVALU. We’ll have brekkie, and go for a walk on the RUNWAY which forms most of the country. Then it’s a day exploring one of the smallest countries on earth. Mostly by foot. There’s not so much to actually ‘do’, but we’ll make the most of our one day. This evening, we fly back to Fiji. And overnight in Fiji.

Day 7: Wake back up in Paradise and we are done folks! The trip ends here, at brekkie in our hotel. If you want to continue touring to more countries in the Pacifics, I can help organise it all for you. I love logistics, so let me know. Or perhaps this is enough of tiny island nations. Your bank account deserves a break too. Until the next time.

Nauru and Tuvalu Group Tour Dates
May 7-13.
Starts in Brisbane airport at 6pm on May 7th. Finish in our Fiji hotel, near Nadi Airport on the morning of May 13th.
Nauru and Tuvalu Group Tour Price
$4,299
- When booking, full payment upfront is required as we have to secure the plane tickets urgently. Small planes and they sell out fast!
What’s included, and what’s not?
The main thing to note is that ALL FLIGHTS AND ACCOMMODATION IS COVERED. All activities and tours listed are included too. We try to get the best accommodation on the small countries, and a nice hotel with pool, brekkie etc to chill, relax and recover while in Fiji.
So basically you have to get yourself to Brisbane airport, and the only thing you have to pay for is lunches, dinners and booze. Maybe the odd massage in our Fiji hotel too.

As you know, blogging changed my life. I left Ireland broke, with no plan, with just a one-way ticket to Thailand
and no money. Since then, I started a blog, then a digital media company, I've made
more than $1,500,000 USD, bought 4 properties and visited (almost) every country in the world. And I did it all from my laptop as I
travel the world and live my dream. I talk about how I did it, and how you can do it too, in my COMPLETELY FREE
Ebook, all 20,000
words or so. Just finish the process by putting in your email below and I'll mail it right out to you immediately. No spam ever too, I promise!
