My hometown of London is my favourite city in the world. I enjoy nothing more than landing back in ‘the big smoke’ after my travels because I know there’s so much fun waiting for me there. It’s a city that is impossible to get bored in!
Before I arrive my diary is always full of plans; catching up with friends, checking out the latest exhibitions and of course eating as much fish and chips as possible. I am sure that you’ve all visited or seen pictures of the amazing sights that city has to offer, but there’s so much more to this city than following the tourist trail. There’s a whole lot of fun waiting for you here.
Partying the night away
When it comes to having a fun night out on the town there are few cities in the world than can rival London. England is famed for its pubs and London has the best of them – whether you’re looking for a good old pub full of locals or a trendy bar in Soho, there’s something that everyone will enjoy. Once you’ve finished up in the pub it’s time to hit the clubs, Koko, Ministry of Sound and XOYO are a must for people that like to dance the night away. If you’re in the city with a group of friends then a gentleman’s club can also be a good way to spend the night, of course if you’d prefer to have some escort company then there are excellent London escorts choice just waiting to show you around.
Major sporting events
If you’re in London then you can be sure there’s a great sporting spectacle taking place. One of the best annual events has to be Wimbledon, when the finest tennis talent from around the globe attempt to win the sport’s most coveted trophy. If tennis isn’t your thing then you can catch a premiership football match. Take your pick from Chelsea, Tottenham, Arsenal, West Ham, or Crystal Palace, just make sure you book your ticket in advance because they sell out very quickly indeed.
Picnic in the park
I know that the sun is not always shining in my hometown but when it is everyone heads to one of a number of beautiful parks in the city. Stock up on food, beers and music for a great day out. I love bringing a football along with me to the park, before long you’ll be having a kick about with strangers and making new friends. Hyde Park is my go to park, it’s absolutely huge and if you check out speaker’s corner you’ll be able to listen to some very interesting speeches! If you’re lucky the park will be hosting one of the world’s best bands; standing out in the sun, listening to amazing music is a real treat.
