Making money as a blogger, sounds good right? But I know it’s also a confusing world. Especially from the outside looking in. How on earth do bloggers even make money, right? How do travel insurance affiliates work?

So obviously I travel quite a bit. And for years I didn’t have any travel insurance, like an idiot. That got me in trouble a few times, from breaking my leg in a motorbike accident in Chiang Mai, or the terrorist attack when I visited Somalia, or something similar when i went to Baghdad.

Anyway, as soon as i could afford the $42 a month to have travel insurance, I signed up PERMANENTLY to SafetyWing. I then started telling all my digital nomad friends about it, and then started recommending to people who traveled on my onestep4ward group tours. How much do you earn with each SafetyWing signup?

When someone signs up to SafetyWing, they pay monthly. And they can cancel at any time. But generally most people, like me, sign up and pay each month. It’s only $42 and it covers you EVERYWHERE! So you just keep it rolling.
