You, the kids and the dog: Where to go for a UK winter staycation

The UK offers a variety of wonderful destinations for a magical Christmas staycation that can accommodate the whole family, including your dog.

With this in mind, we have gathered just a few places offering Christmas breaks for the whole family, to help you choose your winter getaway destination for the coming festive season.

The Lake District, Cumbria

  • Why visit: The Lake District is stunning year-round, but it becomes a winter wonderland during Christmas. Think snow-capped mountains, frosty lakes, and cosy villages adorned with festive lights.
