Five Fantastic Tips to Nail Your Zoom Parties

From an almost unknown quantity, to a now everyday part of life, Zoom is a great way to keep in touch with our friends, family and colleagues. But as a relatively new method of communication, how can we make the most of it, and in particular how can we throw a great Zoom party? Here are some tips to make you the host with the most!

Get your look right!

Make up, lighting and the right outfit can all help you look your best and feel great, which will in turn make you a more relaxed and confident host.  Pick out what will make you feel your best the day before then you can relax and prepare for your party without panicking.  Have a look for online tutorials to get your lighting just right and you could even decorate your back drop for a party feel.

Mix up the guest list!

Invite some fresh faces, after all distance doesn’t matter when it’s going online! It’s a great way to keep in contact and you never know who might really appreciate a party invitation.  There is no guest list limit and you don’t even have to cater for them so why not spread the invites far and wide – the more the merrier!

Music is crucial to any party. You could create a playlist beforehand full of hits you know your guests will love, you could even hire a DJ to play the latest tunes, or surprise your guests by serenading them yourself! If you’re one of the many people who have started to learn a new musical instrument this year, a zoom party is the perfect opportunity to show off your new skill., or if one of your guests is talented you could ask them if they’d like to share a song! Another great way to get everyone involved beforehand is to ask everyone to send in their favourite party anthem they would love to hear during the party, this means the guests are guaranteed to enjoy the playlist and it’s a great conversation starter.

If you have the guests addresses you can send them a home-made ‘party pack’ ahead of time.  This could include snacks, drinks, props even a quiz sheet, it’s a great way to get everyone involved and in the party spirit.

Playing online games:

Playing online games is a great way to make your Zoom party go with a bang, and there’s a whole host of fantastic casino based options to add an extra layer of fun to your party.  For tips, recommendations, reviews and promotions of all the best sites, have a little look at nj casino.

So now you have a fail-safe list of tips and tricks to make your next Zoom party the best one yet!  Dust off the guitar, prepare your look, send those brilliant party packs out and even have a roll of the dice at a virtual casino, all while enjoying some handpicked tunes, you and your guests are sure to have a night to remember!
