I don’t know about you, but I’ve never been a big fan of being stuck in a freezing climate during the long months of January, February and even March. Luckily, there are gorgeous destinations just a jet-set away that can make you forget all about the winter blues, as you relax underneath palm trees, enjoy crystal blue waters and treat your body to massages, yoga and fresh organic food and coconuts.
Since winter has already felt long enough to me, I’m ready to book my dream holiday to Bali, Indonesia this February. I can already sense the balmy air on my skin, smell the delicious incense wafting through the air, and feel completely nourished by fresh dishes and the warm and friendly local people. Ubud, Bali in particular is a glorious experience for both the senses and the spirit. This is a place you can immerse yourself completely in yoga and meditation, take interesting workshops, attend local cultural events like fire dancing and mingle with other conscious travelers. Bali is also a great destination to experience life on the beach, explore the island by motorbike, hike volcanoes to watch the sunrise, and bathe in waterfalls. There is literally too much to do here in just one holiday, but this February I’m certainly going to try!
Since I’m not big on spending lots of time trying to figure out how to book my journey, I like to use a travel planning tool that’s quick and simple to find the best route to my destination. Amadeus.net is a great tool that’s way more intuititive and user-friendly than many other travel booking sites out there. You can really tell they made it with their users’ convenience in mind. To plan my exotic trip to Bali, I simply entered my departing city and my destination, the length of time I wanted to stay, and selected “economy class” since I love to get the best deals on flights possible. Creating a travel plan has really never been easier. They come back at me with the best possible itineraries for the requirements I specified. Then, the site directs me to the place where I can book these flights. There are also some great tools that help you figure out the weather, so you really can get all the info you need in one spot.
I love not having to wonder what the best itinerary might be when the search results come up, since I know this is being taken care of on the backend. They only produce the best travel plans for my requirements, so I can go ahead and book knowing I have saved time searching on so many other websites to get the best deals and itinerary.
Now that my trip to Bali is booked and ready to go, I’m spending time reading up on my yoga poses, getting ready to detox my body and experience the incredible culture of Indonesia. There is so much exploration and adventure ahead, and I could not recommend a holiday to Bali enough! Whether you love the sunshine, exploring the outdoors, immersing in rich cultural traditions or trying new spiritual practices, you will find something you love in Bali, and I hope to see you there!
