Everyone has experienced being stuck at work with a pressing deadline or an upcoming exam but an anxious mind. Despite your best efforts, nothing has changed. Eat a protein-and fibre-rich breakfast that is low in added sugar.

Exercise daily

A 2018 study including 116 fifth-graders revealed that daily physical activity might assist in increasing both concentration and attention. Your brain stays active and energised when you exercise frequently. Physical activity also enhances memory function and focus in particular. You’ll get the energy boost you need to stay focused at work in addition to staying refreshed.

Concentration on a single task at a time

Your chance of becoming distracted is reduced when you focus all of your attention on a single job. Keep your mind focused on only one item at a time rather than multitasking.
